Can i make changes to my ferry booking?

  • Can I amend my ferry booking?

    This depends on the type of ticket you have booked, but in most cases you will be able to amend your booking. You can check your confirmation email or log into My Account to see if you are able to amend your booking. Please be aware that in most cases there will be a fee charged for any amendments unless you have purchased our Free Cancellation Cover.

  • Can I cancel my ferry booking and get a refund?

    This depends on the ticket you have booked, you can check your confirmation email for information on whether your ticket can be refunded. Please be aware that if your ticket is able to be refunded, and you have not purchased Free Cancellation Cover, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

  • What's the easiest way to make an amendment to my ferry booking?

    The easiest and cheapest way to make a change to your booking is to log into My Account and request the amendment there. With some ferry companies we'll be able to confirm your amendment straight away, but if we can't, we'll do our best to have it confirmed within 48 hours.

  • What's the easiest way to cancel my booking?

    The easiest and cheapest way to cancel your booking and request a refund is to log into My Account and request the cancellation there. With some ferry companies we'll be able to confirm your cancellation and refund straight away, but if we can't, we'll do our best to have it confirmed within 48 hours. Due to data protection laws we’re not able to process cancellation requests by email.

  • Do you charge for ferry booking cancellations?

    If you haven't purchased Free Cancellation Cover then you will be charged a cancellation fee. Cancelling your booking through My Account is quicker and cheaper so we would suggest requesting the cancellation there. If you cancel your booking through My Account you will be charged a £10/€10 cancellation fee. You can also cancel your booking through our customer service team either by email or phone, however there is a higher cancellation fee for these requests. When cancelling via phone or email the cancellation fee is £30/€35.

  • Where will my pet stay during the ferry crossing?

    Where your pet will stay during the crossing depends on the length and the type of crossing - when it is possible to include your pet in your online booking, we will be sure to inform you if your dog will have to remain in your vehicle, or if they will spend their time in the dedicated area for pets in the ship.

  • Do you charge for ferry booking amendments?

    When amending your booking you'll be charged for the fare difference, if any, and an amendment fee. Amending your booking through My Account is quicker and cheaper so we would suggest requesting your changes there. If you make an amendment request through My Account the amendment fee is only £10/€10. You can also request amendments through our customer service team either by email or phone, however these have a higher amendment fee. When requesting amendments via phone or email the amendment fee is £20/€20, if your initial ticket booking cost less than £100/€100, and £35/€35, if your initial ticket booking cost more than £100/€100.

  • Where can I find my booking reference number?

    You can find your booking reference number at the top of your confirmation email.

  • Can I add a return ferry trip to my original booking?

    Unfortunately we're not able to add a return leg to a one way booking once it's been confirmed. You'll need to either book a new one way sailing for your return trip or cancel your original booking and make a new booking.
