Hankyu Ferry

Hankyu Ferry is a Japanese ferry operator providing services between Shin Moji, Kitakyushu and the destinations of Kobe and Izumiotsu in the Osaka prefecture. This long established company was founded in 1966 and currently has four ships in their fleet, Inzumi, Hibiki, Yamato and Tsukushi. All four ships can carry both passengers and vehicles with the capacities ranging from 643 to 667 travellers on each voyage between the ports.

Crossings between Shin Moji and Izumiotsu are regular, with a service between the two destinations sailing every day in both directions. From Osaka and Kobe, the ship departs and makes its way along the Seto Inland Sea, sometimes shortened to Setouchi, passing through stunning scenery during the 12 and a half hour sailing.
