"Great trip"
They should swap the mattresses because the lower bed are very used but the upper beds are not

"Ferry to Palermo"
Overall we had a pleasant trip but there were a few things which could have been improved on. Directions to parking our car for the wait to board the ship were non-existent. We asked many people and it took us almost an hour to find the right spot to line up. We were very early so we were lucky. Once we boarded we had trouble with the lights in our cabin for 4 and we had to find someone to open the upper beds. Those should have been open already. The trip was very smooth and the cafeteria was very good although you should not have to wait in a long line only for a drink or a cup of fruit. The beds were comfortable and the exit from the ship although not organized was quick. The bar and gift shop were run well. It would not hurt to have at least one person at the reception area that speaks English. There must be quite a few people that travel who speak English on this trip.

"Pleasent ride from Napoli to Palermo"
We took a ferry ride from Napoli to Palermo this June and were very satisfed. From boarding, car storage, reception everything was good. We took a cabin, which was clean, spacious and comfy and we would recommend it. There is a option for sprnding the night in salon but it is really cold and could end up without space, for 10h ride cabin is really worth the extra money. Would definitly sail with Tirrenia anytime.

I had no problems at all, booked tickets in UK with ferries direct. Cabin was clean and comfortable and food in the restaurant was fine.

"Wonderful Ferry Service"
Highly recommend booking a cabin, ours had an ensuite, slept overnight and felt refreshed in the morning. Enjoyed the entertainment in the bar. The bar and cabin temperature were quite cool.

"Easy Boarding"
We really appreciated the ease of boarding for pedestrians. We were carrying heavy backpacks so the use of escalators rather than stairs was most welcome. The cafeteria had a range of light meals available. The cabin was comfortable and very clean. A very good trip with a professional service.

"Trip fprm Palermo to Napoli"
The trip was fine. The only wish we would have - the bigger and clear sings in the port. As the first time travellers we could not find no wharf, no the place of entry to the boat.

"Easy & Comfortable"
We booked a cabin for our overnight trip & were pleasantly surprised by how spacious & comfortable it was. I'd recommend grabbing a bite to eat as quickly as you can once on board.

"A nice alternative to stay overnight "
This was the first time to stay overnight in a ship in Italy, which was nice and confortable. We booked a 1st class cabin and could sleep well. It was a nice alternative to travel overnight with a nice situation instead of train or bus journey. Apart from the nice experience, I have to ask you to improve your booking system on the web. I booked two routes on the very same day because I found I misplaced an order from Naple to Palermo istead of the vice versa. After I replaced the new order, my former booking on my page disappered and I could not cancel the misplaced order. That is to say, I had to pay double. It's not also good that I could not find any way to do under this situation on your page.

"Two night ferries - Napoli-Palermo-Napoli"
Good service. I chose deck and the possibility to sleep comfortably in the bar, which is also open all night, is good. One suggestion: to add to the ferri a container for left baggage, optional for 1 Euro, so one does not need to guard the baggage if travelling alone. More convenient and safe. Ferries in Greece have that arrangement, and it's very good.

"Palermo to Naples."
We found our cabin excellent and well stocked. Would us this ship again. Did find it very confusing locating the booking office at Palermo. The name of the ship was slightly different to on our boarding pass. As there were no indicators on the wharf pointing to walking passengers. The boarding process was totally confusing.

"Great way to get there"
We booked this as we wanted to travel from mainland to Sicily but did not want to drive all the way down so we travelled overnight and it was great the cabin was good the facilities were good and we pre booked dinner in the restaurant that was excellent value for money and was some of the best food we had during our entire trip you should really do this to save money and get an excellent meal. I would recommend this to anyone as an alternative to travelling to Sicily by land.

Ship was great. We had an inside private cabin which came with a private bathroom with shower, basin, and toilet. The bedding on the twin beds was extremely comfortable and clean. Public rooms and dining rooms were well designed and in great shape.
