"Travel from New Haven to Dieppe"
First time we have used this crossing, we booked a cabin once on board. Cabin was clean and beds were comfy. Managed to get a few well needed hours sleep. Would definitely use this ferry again

The trip itself was o k however it was very stormy , which is not anybody's fault, we had a cabin which was well laid out , and reasonable comfortable, plus good toilet and shower. Public announcement were a bit tedious when you are trying to get some sleep. But overall very good.

"Thanks for keeping us safe. "
A scary crossing on a rough, Storm Eunice channel this evening. I felt DFDS did their very best to look after people on board and keep us safe. I did not enjoy the journey but I couldn’t fault your service and would like to say a big thank you and well done to the crew. I’m sure you’re used to it all but for the rest of us it can be a bit daunting! Thanks again!

Getting on board was simple, people were nice and relaxed. Just needed passport and vaccination certificates. On board used the lift to 6th floor, sat and had a coffee and baguette. Had a really nice lunch. Arrived at Dieppe after a bit of a rough passage. We were the 2nd vehicle off the ship. Stopped at French immigration where they looked at the vaccination certificate and stamped the passports. All good, no fuss. Thank you DFDS
