Had a good trip from Newhaven to Dieppe. Food good, ship clean. Best bit was the talk on marine life - very interesting, informative - just a shame it was a bit choppy, otherwise we would have been out looking for wildlife too! Excellent that the company are making space for things like this.

"Dieppe- Newhaven 6th August"
Excellent in all respects. Good food, not too crowded, punctual and clean. The Newhaven base could do with a facelift to match the opposite French terminal in Dieppe. Would certainly use you again. Many thanks A Beaton.

As its the only ferry, checking in & getting to the right place is easy, very relaxed. Once onboard nice seating with good views and a nice smooth crossing taking 4hrs, very enjoyable. Getting off was just as easy, no massive queues and as you exit into Dieppe your straight out onto the open roads with no congestion until you get back to the UK

Poor signage on the way into the port at Dieppe was minor problem. Good embarkation process. Good crossing. Took a while to leave the ship despite low numbers on board. And border staff took a long time. Left the port an hour after docking. None of the issues rated to DFDS.
