Sea Dreams is a ferry company based in the Dodecanese Islands of Greece, offering inter-island routes and international crossings to Marmaris on the Turkish Riviera, also known as the Turquoise Coast.
Stretching back to 1960, Sea Dreams has long been associated with the island of Rhodes, with ships sailing to the neighbouring Symi since operations began. 1994 saw the introduction of the fully organised cruise business, including routes to Turkey. The company also holds numerous International Safety Management certificates, ensuring customers and are in the safest hands.
Appropriately named, the fleet’s flagship, Symi, is a passenger cruise vessel bridging the islands of Symi and Rhodes on a daily basis. With a total capacity for 800 passengers and 60 vehicles, it also boasts full air-conditioning, a snack bar, television area and live music entertainment. Taking you to Marmaris is King Saron, a modern and stylish catamaran offering a large outdoor deck for the Aegean views and a bar serving various refreshments, accommodating 510 passengers.

"Good ferry, rubbish 3rd party company "
Direct ferries were rubbish. We had several attempts during our 6 day stay in Symi to find out which side of the harbour the ferry went from and where to pick up our tickets and every time we asked someone they gave us a different answer. This was all because Direct ferries didn't provide any information themselves. Fortunately a couple of the crew members were around on the afternoon of our crossing and were very helpful. We heard that another company called Ferry hoppers delivered your tickets to your hotel so I would use them in future.

"Use new port for Bodrum to Rhodes"
Ferry was fine. Unfortunately the map link showed the old port. We arrived comfortably on time to discover we needed to be at the new port. The 20 min taxi got us there 20 mins after the formal gate closure. The port had a number of ferries leaving to different locations at about the same time. Having collected our tickets we then needed to join a 100m queue to get through passport control. We had to push past many unhappy people to make the boat. The ferry was great but not the stress to make it. I suggest you make it clear to use the new port.

The whole process was very easy, from booking from the UK then colecting our tickets at the ports. My husband is Blind so traveling can be difficult, however the staff were excellent, very helpfull, taking time to help us through passport control as I had a very heavy case to pull as well as guide my husband. I would certainly use them again. Well done to all.

"An Excellent Service"
The journey from Rhodes to Marmaris was a great experience. A really comfortable ship with fabulous seating on the upper deck and magnificent views all round. The accommodation inside was also very comfortable and air conditioned. It was also incredibly punctual, on the dot re departure and arrival. A good food and bar service and helpful, smiling staff. It made the last journey from Greece to Turkey a very happy memory. Thank you.
