"Hygge room with loungers "
The hygge room Needs to be sorted out as there is no checks so people pay for one and then with the pass code they let the whole family in then you have kids running in and out slamming the door ,so definitely not a relaxing room

"Fun times couldn't change the weather "
Sauled on a Friday about 40 minutes prior to landing we were told problem with a stabiliser and high winds that couldn't land for abiut 3 hours. Was disappointed but accepted it. Food was provided for passengers during this time. Was due to return Saturday night all sailings cancelled due to bad weather. Rang stwn Saturday morning and the lady in the phone was very helpful and accommodating. Rescheduled sailing to Sunday. Was advised Sunday via text sailing my be delayed. Arrived at the port and the lady dealing with check in was fantastic. Received money voucher for food. Ferry sailed an hour after scheduled but was aware of it. Id definitely said qoth this company again even with delays and bad weather. Staff were very present. Looking forward to my next trip

"Customer service over and above expectation"
My 10 yr old daughter and I travelled over to Ireland on 12th February 2022, the conditions were not great. very rough sea, 4 metre waves and gale force winds. We were both quite ill, the staff in the club lounge were absolutely fantastic, we were looked after by Holly, she managed to source us a cabin so we could lie down, very knowledgeable, my daughter is Asperghers and was absolutely terrified. The team went above and beyond to ensure passenger safety, comfortable and to reassure, Holly in particular showed a level of empathy and understanding which helped my daughter feel more at ease. The return journey was thankfully not as rough but again the level of customer service was exemplarily. All the team were engaging, took time to address concerns and make passengers feel at ease.

"The easiest journey you could wish for. "
We took the ferry there for a weeks stay and returned the following week. Each time it was efficient with friendly staff on board only too happy to help. This was in February, plenty of room and a flat sea. I could not comment on the catering as we did not need any refreshments .

"Clean and tidy with a seamless crossing "
We didn't have a very long wait to board the ferry. We found a comfortable spot, which we could set up with no hassle regards seats. It was clean and tidy and felt safe regards social distancing and mask wearing. An enjoyable journey across.

"Mixed "
The actual ferry ride over to dublin was lovely. It was just a shame we nearly missed the ferry due to the boarding gate opening 30 mins after the initial opening time and not shutting until literally 5 minutes before the ferry was due to set sail. We entered the ferry and it set sail straight away. The hygge lounge was lovely. The ferry home was equally good. It was a shame that when we got back the captain took the best part of 2 hours to dock the ship without keeping passengers informed. This then meant that we were not able to get a taxi after and had to walk back to our hotel at 2am which was over a mile away. For a 24 hour port it was not manned very well and it took time to find a colleague to assist us. Would I travel by ferry again, yes and I'd definitely use the lounges but I'd make sure I was on an earlier ferry so it eliminates walking through a strange town at all hours in the morning..

"Excellent service"
We had excellent service going over and coming back. As I needed to be near a lift they placed us right by the lifts. Coming back I had a fall and the staff were amazing. I was given a wheelchair and taken up to the hospital bay where they cleaned me up then as we were near to docking took us down to our car earlier to avoid the rush. Amazing service
