SeaJets Customer Reviews

  • "No sailing"

After our first trip being cancelled two weeks before we were due to sail, we had to rebook. We turned up at the port at 06.15hrs on the day to find out all sailings had been cancelled due to a Greek strike. We missed a day of our lovely holiday in Santorini and had to stay and pay for an extra night in Piraeus. Now we are on board waiting for take off. Third time lucky?

  • "Trip to Piraeus"

The World champion Seajet was fast and prompt. Not cheap at £260 for 4 of us to travel from Athens to Santorini and I was very disappointed that there was no where outside to sit and enjoy the beautiful journey. However, the journey was OK and the seats very comfortable.

  • "A tad rough but comfortable seating"

I booked out tickets on line from home in London. The port was not too busy (probably because it is end of season late September and boarding once the ferry came in was quick. Our ferry left 10 mins late from Santorini and arrived on time into Ferangandros. The seating was spacious and comfortable, the cabin air conditioned so i should have taken a little jacket . No one was allowed on deck. for safety reasons. The trip was 55 minutes and as the weather was "strong winds" it was a little rough. Good safety briefing and crew on hand should I have had any questions. The crew also helped me on and off with my bag as they could see I was struggling a bit.We had stanard economy seating and indeed the better class of travel was above us and therefore more susceptible to the rocking of the boat on rough seas. I cannot comment on the catering or the state of the lavatories. I would recommend Seajets.
